New Product Submission

SwissOrdnance search for new, interesting and innovative products for our assortments is an ongoing process. At this time, SwissOrdnance is not available to assist in the development or manufacturing of new products. Once you have a finished, patented or patent-pending product, you may submit product information for review. 

Once you have a finished product, please submit:

• company profile
• product description
• pictures of finished product
• wholesale pricing (sample submission is not required at this time)
• completed New Product Review form: National Vendors or International Vendors (pdf found below)

Please be advised, if samples are sent at this time, they will not be paid for or returned. Product review takes about 2-4 weeks. During the review process, if presentation appointment or samples are required, the buying office will contact you.

SwissOrdnance submission policy and terms of submission

SwissOrdnance does not consider unsolicited ideas. As a specialty retailer, SwissOrdnance is continually developing new products to please its customers so it is likely that Swissordnance has developed, been exposed to, or is already working on similar products and technology.

The purpose of this policy is to avoid any confusion and disputes if SwissOrdnance products, technologies, advertising, promotions, processes, materials, marketing, and the like, might appear similar to ideas submitted to SwissOrdnance.

Since SwissOrdnance does not wish to consider unsolicited ideas or materials, the following terms apply to all submissions.

(1) Your submissions and their contents will automatically become the property of SwissOrdnance, without any compensation to you; (2) SwissOrdnance may use or redistribute the submissions and their content for any purpose and in any way; (3) SwissOrdnance has no obligation to review the submission; and (4) except contractualy agreed there is no obligation to keep any submission confidential.

To the extent a submission is made under terms inconsistent with the terms and conditions of this policy, the terms and conditions of this policy govern.
